PERSONAL TRAINING

1-HR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Peak Hours: 5AM – 11AM
     • Single Sessions – $195
     • 10 Sessions – $1900

Mid-Day: 11AM – 4PM
     • Single Sessions – $185
     • 10 Sessions – $1800

After Hours: 4PM – 8PM
     • Single Sessions – $195
     • 10 Sessions – $1900

Personal Training Sessions Include:

 • Ongoing DEXA Body Composition Scans*
 • Ongoing Nutrition Coaching Included*
