Functional Range Conditioning (FRC)

FRC is a customized mobility training program to help an individual improve their mobility by training at the end ranges of motion.  Mobility is the combination of flexibility and strength with usable active range of motion in a joint.  Improved mobility helps the individual to maximize their movement potential to minimize the risk of injury, improve joint health, and enhance the ability to control movements well.
