Myofacial Decompression

Myofascial Decompression (Cupping)

Myofascial Decompression is a soft tissue technique that uses pressurized cups to assist in releasing adhesions in the muscular tissue by gliding the cups over unhealthy muscle tissue.  The suction of the cups allows the multiple layers of muscle tissue to breath and unstick from each other to relieve the tension in the muscles, which also provides improved mobility. The pressurized cups are then placed on statically and combined with specific movement patterns to clear out any toxins, allow for better blood flow and circulation, and to neurologically re-engage the right muscles to activate in those specific movement patterns.
