Personal training is an integral part of what we do at Stark, but it’s effective because it is layered into the multi-faceted and comprehensive approach we take. Without the supporting disciplines from our team of specialists, there’s no way that exercise alone can radically transform your health and fitness.

STEP 2:

1-HR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Peak Hours: 5AM – 12PM
     • 10 Sessions $1500
Mid Day: 12PM – 4PM
     • 10 Sessions $1150
After Hours: 4PM – 7PM
     • 10 Sessions $1300

*Saturday sessions are considered Peak Hours – there are no Mid Day/After Hours sessions available Saturday currently.

Each Session Includes:

 • 45 Minutes of High-Quality 1-on-1 Coaching
 • 15 Minutes of Myofascial Stretching and Flexibility 
 • Ongoing Dexa/Fit3d Scan Included
 • Ongoing Nutrition Coaching Included 
 • Ongoing Training Program Design Included
