However, I will give you a few simple tips to lower your inflammation, which will give you a needed boost and psychological nudge toward your elusive weight loss goal.
Here are some simple signs you can use to identify whether or not you’re a candidate for my solutions:
- Are you retaining water?
- Are you getting nauseous in the gym?
- Do you have low energy?
- Do you have puffiness under the eyes?
Here’s how to reduce it:
- Drink real cranberry juice, 4 oz. in 28 oz. of water
- Get rid of dairy in your diet
- Remove gluten from your diet as well
