Stark Naked 2023 Interest Form
IMPORTANT DATES
DECEMBER 2022
- Thursday 12/1 – Early Bird start date (get an extra month if you’re proactive!)
- Friday 12/30 – Sign-ups close
- Saturday 12/31 – Last day to submit the mandatory donation for entry
JANUARY 2023
- Saturday 1/7 – Last day to complete initial DEXA
- Sunday 1/15 – Official start date (all entry requirements must be met by today)
MAY 2023
- 5/21 to 5/24 – Spray tan day (your tan date will depend on your photoshoot date)
- 5/22 to 5/25 – Photoshoot day (sign ups for day & time to be announced)
JUNE 2023
- Thursday 6/22 – Voting opens & photos are published at 5pm
- Saturday 6/24 – Fundraising & voting closes at 5pm
THE RULES
PRIOR TO START DATE
- Participants must sign the photo release
- Confirm availability for all dates listed on the Stark Naked outline above
- Must identify charity and make $1,000 donation prior to 12/31
- Must have bloodwork done with a Stark NMD between 10/15/2022 and 1/15/2023
- Must be cleared by Stark’s Chiropractors
PHOTOSHOOT
- Outfits
- Black, gray, white, or navy blue clothing only
- No patterns- solid colors only
- **A themed or family photo cannot be used for the competition
- Photoshoots will be 45 minutes per person (this does not include prep time)
- Absolutely NO Water/sodium manipulation
SCORING SYSTEM
- The winner will be decided based on a combined total of 3 categories:
- Judges Panel
- Online Votes
- Funds raised for charity
- Fundraising is more heavily weighted than the other two categories
ONLINE VOTE
- All unvalidated or controversial votes will not be counted
FUNDRAISING
- Donations can be made directly to your charity via your personal link provided by Stark OR you can submit “offline” donations, for which you must provide the following:
- Photo evidence
- Amount and name by which the donor wishes to be recognized (or if they desire to be anonymous)
- Donations that come AFTER the 5pm cut-off will go towards the charity, but are not counted towards your competition total
