- 10oz. of Salmon
- 1 bag of Brussel Sprouts
- 1 cup of Rice
- 1/3 cup of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp of Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp of Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp of Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp of Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ tsp of Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp of Sesame Seeds
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees farenheight. Cook rice in the rice cooker combining 2 cups of water and 1 cup rice
Step 2
Next, create the marinade. Add Worcestershire Sauce, Fish Sauce, Brown Sugar, Sesame Oil, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Sesame Seeds, and Red Pepper Flakes. Stir together.
Step 3
Add salmon to a medium sauce pan. Pour marinade to coat the salmon in the pan. Let this sit while preparing the Brussel sprouts.
Step 4
Chop Brussel Spouts in halves. Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Mixing oil together with hands in a bowl in order to coat the Brussel sprouts.
Step 5
Sprinkle salt and pepper on Brussel Sprouts and add to a baking sheet. Add to the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Bring the stove to a high heat and cook the salmon. Cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side or until the salmon begins to turn an orange color. Make sure to peel off the skin. Serve with Oven Roasted Brussels and rice. Enjoy!
