This recipe takes 10 minutes for prep and about 20 minutes for cooking, so this is a great staple recipe! Grass fed beef is high in zinc which also helps with immune support.
Here is what you are going to need:
- 1 1/2 lbs Grass Fed Striploin Steak
- 4 Medium Potatoes
- 2 Celery Stalks
- 1 small bunch of green onions
- 4 medium sized carrots
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Cup of Any 1-to-1 Gluten Free Baking Flour (Our Preference)
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 16 Fl Oz Vegetable Broth
- 4 Gluten Free Rolls
In a small bowl combine the salt and pepper with the flour. Stir the ingredients together.
Use this mixture to cover the striploin steak in a medium sized bowl. Stir the coating to cover the beef.
At a medium/high heat add coconut oil to a medium sized sauce pan, coating the bottom of the pan. Add beef to the pan over the heat, stirring for 3-4 minutes so the beef is browned on both sides.
Add all of the cut vegetables to a separate medium sized bowl with garlic and add to the pot. Cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Combine water, vegetable broth, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the beef and vegetable mixture. Reduce heat to low and allow the mixture to simmer for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables become tender.
Toast buns and serve with beef stew!
