Ingredients you will need:
- 2 Lbs Chicken
- 2 Cups White Rice
- 1 Pineapple
- Chopped Bell Peppers
- Chopped onions
- 1 Tsp. Red Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame Seed Oil
- 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- Minced Garlic & Ginger
First, you will cook the rice in the instant pot with 2 cups of rice and 4 cups of water and select the rice timer on your instant pot!
Everything will go into the instant pot besides the chopped veggies. You will add the chicken, diced pineapple, crushed red pepper, garlic, sesame seed oil, and soy sauce.
Stir, and select “pressure cook” and let cook for 5 minutes.
Once the chicken is done cooking you should allow the instant pot to depressurize.
Now add the chopped vegetables to the instant pot and stir for 2 minutes.
Plate your dish with rice as the base and add your Gluten Free Pineapple Chicken on to the top!
